Made a ham, courgette, garlic and basil salad tonight - it was pretty delicious. Had a ham broth from cooking the ham yesterday, cut the courgette very thin and added loads of lemon juice and also fresh coriander. Then heated up the jellified stock and put a dollop of the salad in the middle. Oddly, the final part made it come together: cherry tomatoes. Next time I should definitely leave out the capers though - there's just something about the little green bastards I find really hard to resist.
